How do I activate my old profile?
To activate your existing profiles (created for old website), kindly follow the follwoing steps to manage your existing profile
- Please register at the SabaOnline website, using the same email ID that you used to post your previous profile. Note down the password (your email ID will be your user name).
- Please click Contact Us and send an email to activate your account, so that you could manage the old profiles, as if you had created them new.
- To avoid any major error, your email must have your profile number, your father name and your home address.

How do I upload a photo in my existing profile ?
If you like to upload a photo in your existing profile, Please follow the steps below
-Please log into your account,you will see your profile.
-Click the “Edit Profile”
- Click the “New Image” radio button under the ”Edit Photo” section.
- Click browse button– a new small size window will pop up
- select the photo from your computer that you would like to upload and then click the open button (on small size window)
- scroll down to the end of the “Edit Profile” page and click “Save Changes”

How do I find a bride or groom?
Finding a bride or a groom is very simple.
- Go to SabaOnline home page.
- Select groom or bride and a country options.
- Click the “Search” button to see the list of Search results.
- Click the name of the person to view the candidate’s profile.

How can I send a message to the person after I have seen his or her profile?
Three ways you can send a message
- Send a message to the profile creator by clicking the “Send a Message” on the Candidate’s profile page.
- Send an email to the contact person (every profile has a contact person’s detail).
- Phone the contact person directly.

How Can I register with Sabaonline?
Registration on SabaOnline is simple.
- Go to SabaOnline home page.
- Click Sign Up link.
- Fill out the required information and
- Click “Create My Account” button.

When I Forgot My Password?
Please follow these below steps to get new a passowrd
- Go to SabaOnline homepage
- Click on Sign In
- Then click - I Forgot My Password
- Enter your email address
- Click Reset Password
You will get a new password in your Mail Inbox. Use this new password to login to your account to see the profile. Once you logged into your account you can edit your account and change this password to your choice.

How Can I create a matrimonial profile?
Once you are logged in your account, you will see “My Profile” page.
- Click “Create New Profile” link, a new page will show up.
- Fill out all the information.
- Click “Create My Profile” button.
- Do not like to a add photo, Click “Do not like to Upload a Photo? - Create My Profile”.
- Like to add a photo? Click upload.

How Can I edit my matrimonial profile?
Once you are logged in your account, you will see “My Profile” page.
- Click “Edit Profile” link, a page “will show up; with all your information.
- Change any information you like and then click the “Save Changes”.

How Can I delete my matrimonial profile?
You can delete your profile any time.
- When you are logged into your account, you will see “My Profile” page.
- Click “ Delete ” link, and your are successfully deleted your profile.

When you are deleting a profile, you will be deleting it permanently from our record.

Can I create two or more profile?
Yes, you can. You can create your profile and your sibling profile with same registration.

Do I have to add a photo?
No you don’t have to. If you don’t like adding a photo you may skip this option by just clicking “Do not like to Upload a Photo? - Create My Profile”.
